The Ducati MotoGP Team is the official factory team of Ducati in the premier class of the MotoGP motorcycle racing championship. Within the Ducati group, the team is part of Ducati Corse.

In the 2007 season, Australian Casey Stoner led the team to the world title with the Ducati GP7. In the following season, Stoner managed to achieve second place in the championship with the Ducati GP8.

In the 2016 season, the team will start with the Ducati GP16. The riders are Andrea Dovizioso and Andrea Iannone, the same riders as in the previous season. In 2015, Iannone finished fifth and Dovizioso seventh. Stoner returned to MotoGP in 2016 as a test rider for Ducati, after having decided to retire from MotoGP in 2012.
