The Frankfurt Galaxy (or simply the Galaxy) is a former professional American football team from Frankfurt, Germany. The Galaxy played in the NFL Europa, a spin-off of the NFL, which takes place in Europe during the spring.

The team was founded in 1991 and is the oldest professional American football team in the NFL Europa. The Galaxy was one of the 10 teams that played in the former World League of American Football (WLAF), a semi-professional league with teams from the United States, Canada, and Europe. The team played its first game in this league against the London Monarchs, to which they lost. The Galaxy played their home games at the Commerzbank-Arena, the stadium

where the football club Eintracht Frankfurt also plays their home games. The Frankfurt Galaxy has appeared in the World Bowl final eight times, winning four times (1995, 1999, 2003, and 2006) and losing four times (1996, 1998, 2004, and 2007). The Frankfurt Universe is the successor to the Frankfurt Galaxy.
