The England rugby union team is a team of rugby players that represents England in international competitions.

England is one of the best rugby countries in the world and plays annually in the Six Nations Tournament. They have already won this tournament 39 times, a record. They have also participated in every edition of the Rugby World Cup. In 1991 they lost the final 12-6 to Australia at Twickenham. In 2003, when the tournament was hosted by Australia, they won the final 20-17 against the host country. This happened with a drop goal from Jonny Wilkinson in extra time, with 21 seconds left on the clock. England also reached the final in 2007 and 2019, but lost each time.
