Size: S (unisex)
Condition: 9/10 (used)
The 96th edition of the Tour de France started on Saturday 4 July 2009 in Monaco and ended on 26 July 2009 on the Avenue des Champs-Élysées in Paris.
The winner was Spaniard Alberto Contador, who won again after 2007. The opening time trial was won by Fabian Cancellara, who then held the yellow jersey for six days. The leader's jersey then went to Rinaldo Nocentini, who was part of a long breakaway in the first mountain stage. After a few transition stages, in which escapees were often successful, the classification was mainly formed in the Alps. In the fifteenth stage, to Verbier, Contador seized power with a stage win and the yellow jersey. He did not relinquish it afterwards, in Annecy he also won an individual time trial. Mark Cavendish was supreme in the mass sprints and won six stages, but the green jersey went to Thor Hushovd. Franco Pellizotti won the mountain classification, and Andy Schleck, second in the general classification, became the winner of the young rider's jersey.
