Team3M was a Belgian cycling team sponsored by the multinational 3M. The team was registered as a team with the UCI on 1 January 2013. The technical and sporting leadership was in the hands of Bernard Moerman, Frank Boeckx, Tim Lacroix and Thierry Fevery. At the end of June 2016, main sponsor 3M decided not to renew the sponsor contract for the next cycling season.
