Baloise-Trek Lions is a Belgian cycling team, specialized in cyclo-cross. The team is classified as a UCI Cyclo-Cross Pro Team. This statute gives the right to participate in the UCI Continental circuits on the road. In 2023, the team is sponsored by the American bicycle manufacturer Trek and by Baloise, an originally Swiss insurer. The AA Drink Young Lions training team is associated with the team.

The team was founded in 2000 by the Dutchman Hans van Kasteren with SpaarSelect as title sponsor and became Fidea Cycling Team in 2004. The sporting side was led by Danny De Bie and Kris Wouters. In the early years the team enjoyed great success with, among others, Erwin Vervecken and Bart Wellens. Later, talents such as Kevin Pauwels and Zdeněk Štybar were also recruited.
